Alisa develops high-impact relationships that have inspired individuals, foundations, and corporations to donate over $250 million to nonprofit organizations dedicated to making Silicon Valley a place where everyone can thrive.
Prior to joining Magnify, Alisa was head of philanthropic advisory at wealth management firm Montcalm, where she guided donors on their philanthropic journeys, and was immersed in the world of impact investing.
At Second Harvest of Silicon Valley, Alisa leveraged innovative strategies to increase corporate revenue by 50% in five years before transitioning to working with executives on their personal giving. She later led the development team at the Center for Youth Wellness, elevating to a national audience Dr. Nadine Burke Harris’s work helping children who have experienced trauma, before Dr. Burke Harris became California’s first surgeon general.
Alisa is a professional photographer, singer/songwriter, and yoga instructor. She is an honors graduate of Harvard University and a recipient of the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 Award.
